After todays class and talking to the Dark space teams, they need as long as possible to set-up ideally on Monday, Jen is following this up to see wetehr we can access 10B05 earlier. Along with this Jen has asked for a construction plan from the dark space teams so I have emailed each of them asking for this information.

Runsheet Presentation
Today in class the facilitators presented to the makers we presented the sheet below on the projector. We also asked for people to come and see us as we had some questions for the makers teams, regarding their set-ups. The sheet below provides approximate times for maker teams for the day of setup. We have allocated each team a loading time to bring all of their stuff into the hall as well as a set-up time where they can set up their stall. Generally all teams have about an hour.
Current Runsheet at this time:
Questions we and for each makers teams, filled in on our own teams google doc
Furniture needs email
Email sent off to internal coms to gather peoples furniture needs.
I will then be taking the information and making a tracking sheet to keep tabs on what we need and who has what.

Runsheet 2.0
Working with the new layout, our second attempt at the runsheet. Still communicating with the construction team, about how we may be able to work around everyone, still trying to focus on finishing certain areas at a time

Runsheet 1.0
The first attempt at the run sheet, I tried to take into consideration numerous things including:
-Technical Requirements of each stall
-Whether or not they were building their own structure
-Estimated time it may take for each particular stall to set-up
-How much stuff they will be brining in
-Will there stuff be in storage
-How long will it take for construction to set up the base
I just kept adding sheet after sheet to my wall, nearly running out of wall space. And adding post-it notes with questions as I thought of them

| Technical/Facility Requirements |
Here is the first run sheet we have managed to come up with:
The original thoughts behind this is that construction will build the top half first while teams with their own structures work along side construction. Once construction has completed the first half teams can start setting up their stall and construction will move on to the second half. Ideally no teams will be working next to each other at the same time. All teams requiring technical assistance will all be in by a certain time and we will ensure that the technical team is there at these times.
Problems may be caused with construction having to work around maker teams.
Stage Construction? Who's doing this, will it need to be early as it is bug?
