Furniture Doc Follow Up

Follow Up on the furniture doc, from Emma, and great news regarding the run sheet we have been given the all clear to start 8am on Monday, this takes the pressure off construction a lot, and gives us a lot more room to work with in the run sheet.

Emails to all teams building on structure

Today it had been confirmed that we can have access to the Great Hall for Monday 8am, as this is tomorrow I have emailed all of the teams creating their own structures, to see if they'll be ready to possibly bring them in Monday afternoon/evening before construction start. This is just in case some of the structures are rather large and will save the hassle of having to manoeuvre around the built stalls.

Confirming Runsheet

An email has been sent to the market board and Tutors to get confirmation for the Runsheet and so this can be sent out ASAP.

Furniture List Compiled

I have made notes of teams that we may need to follow up on, regarding the items and the details they have given some are still a bit vague. 

The compiled list from these requests have been forwarded to Jen through Emma (Market Board).

Furniture Google Document Completed

Most teams fortunately completed the Furniture Document by 6pm, had to follow up with a few teams. But all was sorted out rather quickly, also thanks to Emma from Market Board helping to get their attention.

Runsheet 3.0

We have been given another updated layout to work with this is the finalised layout. We are very close to having a finalised Runsheet, today it was discussed that we may be able to access the Great Hall on Monday at 8am, this would be ideal and it will give construction plenty of time to setup their structures. Following this I have created another runsheet using Monday. We are just waiting on this to be confirmed.

New Furniture Document

Created a new furniture document on the master google doc today, asking all teams for more specific details about the furniture they require. I included an example and so hopefully people understand what we are asking for. We have set a deadline of 6pm tomorrow.

Emails have also been sent out to all teams through stream, via internal comms to Jo Bailey.
